I really enjoyed the show, picked up a few parts I was after and a lazy tongs riveter, then placed a deposit with MK for an Indy deluxe kit

I looked for you Alex but never saw you. I went to the Rush area several times.

PS you need to make the album public.

HERES mine. Sorry they are mostly pics of engines inside the halls, and our cars. Beautiful SS100 caught me tho

No idea why I didn't take any more, there was too much too look at!

Cant believe I only took 25 photo's all weekend, probably didn't see half the show. Sunday the best day I was tied up trying to sell my car to potential buyers, which wasn't sold.
Now planning (dreaming) of which modifications to make next winter.
Couple of photos HERE

James, whenever I see your car it's different...how much is left of the original car you built?

OOH! Wanted to find you all day about a cheeky ask about your child seat base. I have the same back booster as you but as the base is too wide, noticed you use a different base with it. What is it please?

Good luck with the sale...

bought the base from halfrauds for about £8, They are too wide but are made from blown plastic, just heat it up with a blow torch and mould it to shape of seat, Use a bunjy cord round the back of the seat and a couple of holes drilled in seat back to hold into place, attach the other seat back to base by cutting a couple of slots

Got some more Stoneleigh photos here that my brother took with his new camera. My favourite is probably the Gulf Ultima. His seems to be the empty Fugitive patch because they'd all be on the run! Note the Cobra chassis with he big red engine in. There were a couple looking at it when a kid came up, grabbed the wheel and rolled the chassis a little. The woman turned and said to here husband, I don't think much of that, the brakes are terrible to which we all turned in disbelief, he had to tell her that it had no brakes on it and it wasn't finished, hence the unconnected brake lines and lack of body. We walked away before laughing too loudly.
