OT - what happened to Edinburgh !

I went away to a certain muddy field in Kinross-shire at the weekend....
...but when I got back it was edinburgh that was underwater whats going on with the weather ?

well, this is true, but if glasgow flooded, they'd just get on with it and sort it out, instead of building a new tram system, which goes
100's of millions over budget, and then find it will go further over, and cost more to cancel it, after wasting everyone's time and then
moaned about it constantly
if someone in glasgow came up with the idea ofr a new tram system, he'd have been promptly told where to go, and that would be an end to that
i like trams, they work well in towns that have had them for years (like blackpool) but i don't think any city is the place for a new system
