I would not normally criticise someone else's work but Holy Shit that is crap!
I would be wild.
I would firstly go to his Trading Standards Office and make a formal complaint.
If you don't get any joy there...F*ck him up!
Because that is just taking the p1ss.

Trading Standards complaints seem to go nowhere these days. As mentioned, moyeyclaimonline is good and cheap. Costs get added to the debt too. If you got an 'away till' message, give him 7 days for a full refund then act - claiming from him puts the financial pressure on his shoulders rather than the credit card company - which we all end up paying for in the end. Have you tried contacting who he works for? they may not know/want him doing what he is up to.

Jeez Alex, I see what you mean! Stevie Wonder could do better then that. Youll always get movement in the weave with wet lay but that really is taking the pi$$
