is it just me that is having problems with ebay...it crashed a few minutes ago .now back up but just looking at kitcars and when you click one you like it brings it up plus similar items as well and you cant actually get into the advert that you wanted in the first place
Seems that way, I can't even sign in
I'm also having problems, can't login.
i cant either! which is annoying me
It was playing up at about 9.30am but I've since managed to log in, buy and pay for an item......
I cant even get on, just comes up with 'cannot display the webpage'
Me too, so wonder if I get credits for items ending which people can't bid on.....
Me too - worldwide crash by the look of things. My mrs is fuming - she has been watching a very rare item but she could not log on with 10 minutes to go, and it went for peanuts (presumably because no one could bid on it!).

o,
From 07:45 am BST to 02:00 pm BST on 23 August, several eBay sites and customer service platforms around the world experienced intermittent outages.
These outages were the result of technical issues which occurred during regularly scheduled maintenance.
We’ve resolved the core technical issues and all eBay sites and customer service functions are up and running again, with near 100% functionality. We
are now working to build additional safeguards into the maintenance process to prevent this from happening again.
We'd like to assure you that at no point during this incident was any personal information at risk.
Sellers that were impacted by this outage are covered by the protections in our site outage policy. We will provide impacted sellers with additional
information regarding applicable credits in the coming days.
Our top priority is to deliver the best experience to our buyers and sellers. We understand the high expectations our community has for our platform,
and we sincerely regret that we did not live up to some of those expectations on Friday.
As always, thank you for being a part of the eBay community.
Regards
The eBay Team
