Hi all, not sure which way to go sierra or cortina uprights, would prefer cortina but harder to find, plenty of sierras around and cheap, I made
wishbones to suit maxi bj, now I have been offered cortina uprights so I have two questions. 1. Will maxi bj suit cortina upright. 2. Anyone have a
sketch of the adaptor for top bj to suit sierra uprights, in case I go with sierra.
Thanks
Colin
1)....yes, there lighter too
2).... not got a clue.......
evening all
go to the lolocost website they have a picture of the adaptor i think they are £18 each but i would strongly recommend getting a set off martin at MK
Eng his are ofset so you can alter the castor and camber angles. when i bought my indy kit of martin itcame with the adaptors butifull machined job
not a taper welded into a tube I also have a funny fealing that the bottom taper is different on a sierra so you have to have the taper recut to suit
cortina ball joint ,this is all done for you as part of the kit. but i'm certain martin would be only to pleased to help
no connection just a satisfied customer

ou *will* need to have a new taper cut in the bottom of the upright. Got mine done at the local engineering place for a fiver cash. (best to go just
before lunchtime!)
I've got a pair of uprights if you're interested, complete with calipers and reasonable discs. £40 for the lot sounds fair.
