Im a bit old fashioned and like to see what im buying first so prefer shops. That said the LCB shop is a fave of mine. Nice to see some none car stuff being listed these days.

Mine is the Locostbuilders shop but I also like Amazon.co.uk for most other non car related stuff.

to be honest i've recently realised that the locostbuilders shop is about 5 to 10% more expensive than other places. Its just a case of knowing where the suppliers get the stuff from and going direct. That way you avoid their markup / profit margin.

By finding stuff on the locostbuilders shop then hunting around i've saved myself loads. I kept track for a while and reckoned it was around 40 or 50 quid. Each time its only a small saving but my time in the evening is free (when i go hunting) and it all adds up eventually

Can't get in there, so dont know

ive noticed a couple of bits on the shop are a touch more than if you hunt around but ive often got free fixings or reduced postage which makes it favourable. Most other bits are cheaper and at least you know you are dealing with genuine people who wouldnt dare rip you off.
