Does anyone on here know anything about the GPR Power Jet range of power comanders? What do they do? There's precious little information on the net about them.

They have 2 rotarty switches, one labled from 0 to 20 and the other 0 to 4. There are 2 push buttons labled max and min. What kind of adjustment can you make with them?
