does the driver door not go down?

Something I just don't get............ Seller reckons he's spent over 100K and two years building it. Why?

He could have easily saved himself 30K and two years graft by buying a real Lamborghini Diablo. Has he never heard of Autotrader?

Phil

nice car though!

Do imported cars go through the full SVA or a reduced version?

i think that its a scam, but at a top speed of over 200 mph and at a current price of a grand, i bet you wont find a better bang for your buck!

mediabloke - 21/12/08 at 01:34 AM

Dunno, but wasn't the Diablo was pre-VAG? With a crate engine, at least this one'd probably go for longer before something expensive broke...

rf900rush - 21/12/08 at 09:58 AM

looks scammy to me
If it is a scam and you buy it, think it as a fine for being stupid.

Damn hes a fast builder, claims it was built in 2008 yet the date stamp on the photo's of the completion is 2006!

mr henderson - 21/12/08 at 10:34 AM

I see that there are two questions from buyers, both asking how much it is going to be sold for.

Talk about ebay muppets! Do they really not grasp how auctions work?

It baffles me why anyone would build a replica of a Lamborghini. If they've got the resources, why not build an Ultima, and have a decent respectable car at the end of the exercise instead of a car that is always going to be WRONG?

Not too sure about that chassis......
