These people had some nice stuff I needed. However, they are "processing my order" and have been since last Thursday with no word from them although I have sent several emails. Are they always like this? Should I start worrying about the 100 or so pounds I sent them?

Your order was only £100?

It probably keeps getting shoved to the bottom of the pile!

Either that or the stainless washer that you ordered has been lost in the post.

I doubt Caterham are going bust. Just the pre-Christmas rush with people buying upgrades to install during the Christmas break.

However, one of the parts dept, who had been there years has just left, so perhaps they are struggling to cope / find stuff?

I've bought stuff from Caterham parts and found them quite helpful. Its worth giving them a ring to find out what's going on, Today may be their last day in before Christmas. Ring them soon to avoid dissapointment.

I have spent a few bob with them in the past On shortened sump and a few other bits for my Kseries. Very professional service I found.

Ah, just noticed where you are, You may have to wait a little longer in the colonies.

Got their phone number. Thanks MGWSP!

C'ham are worth looking up for certain parts for sure, and not mentioned much around here. I'm sure they are just as good at taking our money as the next seller!

A Friend of mine worked for Caterham Cars for a while, and was Laid Off about three months ago due to financial reasons...
They probably wont go bust, but i know she said that she was always snowed under, so it does make you wonder how theyre going to make it better with one less person in the office.....
