When the first thing they ask for is money, however small, then I think it's a scam.
Apply the 1st rule for a scam.
If it's too good to be true, then it probably is.
I'd have to say a bit of a scam myself!! Why would anyone share info like that if you could make loads of money??

You create a Google AdWords campaign promoting companies, their products and services. When your ad results in a sale or sign up you get a commission.
It can work but the Google PPC charges can be high depending on what type of companies products and services you promote and how high up the rankings
