Used 2 of these to clean off all my donor parts, awesome tool, takes it off really fast and clean, even cuts through the old grease and grime. Just hang on when using.... Scewfix or Halfords!
I have a similar thing, but it's a 6" disc attached to my bench grinder. . . .

I suggest/insist that if you use one of these wire wheels then wear eye protection, after a while the wires break and wear and fly in all directions
etc. etc.
My grinder broke last weekend but I took it apart and fixed it (burned out wire) saved me a few quid (there's a pic of it in bits on my website cos
I'm that sad).
