Is that tool really that good? Just wanted to make sure you're not taking the mick before I go out and buy one!

If that's before and after then I don't want one - the before one looks much shinier than the after!!!!!

Used 2 of these to clean off all my donor parts, awesome tool, takes it off really fast and clean, even cuts through the old grease and grime. Just hang on when using.... Scewfix or Halfords!

I have a similar thing, but it's a 6" disc attached to my bench grinder. . . .

OK, 10-15 mins later

I suggest/insist that if you use one of these wire wheels then wear eye protection, after a while the wires break and wear and fly in all directions etc. etc.

My grinder broke last weekend but I took it apart and fixed it (burned out wire) saved me a few quid (there's a pic of it in bits on my website cos I'm that sad).

Too true - I've had these wires go through my overalls and trousers and stick into my leg! Ouch!

Nowadays I wear my welding apron when I'm doing this trick.

These brushes do shift the muck, though! I've got two, one's the cup shape and the other's a flat one - great for getting into chassis corners.
