I'm suspect Keith will be keeping that one to himself until after he has picked its bones!

My girlfriend insisted there was a kit car park on a drive down the road from where we live.

A few days later as we drove past she said "there it is, see the wheel sticking out!"

It was a car trailer!!!

my old car wich is still my avitar went to scrap when it got wrote off. I was told that salvage will put it to auction and i need a licence to bid. They are all scrap companies. They also said it will be impossible to refind. That had tons of good stuff on it.

I work in a breakers/salvage/scrap yard
We have a Westfield in that was pretty tricked out, before being thrown into something hard

Kind of hoping it goes to be broken as I have my eyes on the Jenvey TB's and would like to have a look at what ECU it has...though knowing what our place is like it will just sit there gathering dust along with the other 'interesting stuff' locked up in exotica corner till the end of time itself

I'm fairly sure we had to bid to keep ours, despite us being the local company who picked it up initially

Not sure what we had to pay to keep it (not much I wouldn't have thought and I think a factor in this was the cost for other breakers bidding would also have had to transport it away, so yours may still be pretty local? worth asking locally?)

not sure what category our Westie has been classed as, but it ddn't look like it would take much work to get it safe enough to drive (clipped one wheel clean off, so a bit of chassis work as well as some boggo and a wipe over with T cut)

Ours has been sat there for a good few months and doesn't look like much will happen aytime soon. I'm still the 'new guy' at work so not sure if the cogs usually turn this slow or whether its just our place

could have had a new chassis and be out on track..

Regards
Rob

Well my mate has been slapped

Its not a 7 type car, i think its a magenta, looks like he got sick after fitting the speedo, no chassis.
Also found this a mini based kit car and a XR4I sierra 2.8i.

At Craghead if anyone is interested.
