Can I ask why?

I bought something recently and there was a delay. I got a bit worried if there was a problem as they had my cash, but the chap that runs the company is very ill.

I emailed them on the contact us email and spoke to a Keith and he was very helpful.

If the above is why you wanted a number, I would try emailing (I don't have a number) but that might put your mind at rest.

If it's not that, then I have just written a load of stuff you won't even care about

I also had problems recently (possibly also due to the guy that runs it being ill), but managed to contact them using the form on their website and everything got sorted out very quickly after that.

I have been in contact by email with John who is indeed very ill. I just need to arrange delivery thats all. Have emailed the works recently but alas no reply. They have been very helpful previously.

The only other comment I would make is that I wish they had a contact number on there web site.
