Have seen info on TOL suggesting that Triton are selling off their Locost-related projects to concentrate on their Challenger competition car. Another
sign that the live-axle design has reached maturity/sell-by date perhaps?
Does anybody have more up-to-date info?

i dont see how the live axle could ever go past its sell by date
i.e. how many mk2 escorts are converted to irs for rallying and how many are still bombin down the stages
its a simple effeciant design it has its cons but have u ever driven an irs car with the geometry not setup right??????? not nice at all
