I think the Tiger was a good idea, but you sit too erect in it. It needed to be 20% bigger bodywise.
Probably why it never really took off.
That's Ian Gray (stuart taylor) - same bloke who did the seven car aries now sell + did the purple racing pheonix's.
This is the brainchild of my friend Ian Grey, the former owner of the Stuart Taylor Motorsport brand.
His ultimate goal is a one make race championship but nothing seems to have happened yet.
It is quite large in the flesh and the nose is too high for my liking but the quality of engineering is first class.
He has designed it to be an easy self build with easily replaceable corner "modules" in the event of accident damage.
It ought to be reliable enough with LS power.
Expensive though, but heavily built, as previously mooted.
Geoff.
seen that before. if you like that kind of thing chris gibbs is currently writing a new haynes book to build one.
here is a picture of how the grp body work is coming on.
btw thats not me its Spud at saturn sports cars. they are making the grp for Mr Gibbs new creation.
Hi
Yep as said one of Ian's little projects. Very interesting and very good fun. Quite expencive but it is certinally not aimed at the Locost market
place. Theres been some great attention to detail and real effort gone into the project.
Cheers Matt

What front uprights are those? ^^^^^^
The "chassis triangulation" police will be here soon.
And the "tread direction" police!
Geoff.

I love the look of it but at 650kg!!!! seems heavy for what it is.... mind you, that engine with the wrap around exhausts looks really
I'm waiting for the haynes version. Will be easier on the £££'s

Good evening All.
Just re-joined the forum after a good few years, built and finished a locost many moons ago but for the life of me could not remember my password and
my old e- mail address.
Not to worry now going to build a single seater and saw the below picture and it took my eye, does the forum have anymore info since the post?
thanks
Iwan
