Ebay have introduced Plus Points and I amassed 534 of them worth a whopping £5.34.
Made a further purchase £18.99 (inc p&p), and the reduction was applied new price £13.65.
Confirmed the Payment (Paypal) and though all well.
Checked Paypal account later and they have taken £18.99

Sent a complaint and they claim I was given the discount as it is showing up on the order summary.
