Was 99% successful.

1. Arrived home under own power.
2. It goes............... as fast as it ever was.

However, some minor niggles:-

3. Oil temp gauge not working (easy fix as when I took the bonnet off, I saw that I'd failed to connect the lead to the sensor! Doh!)
4. Water temp gauge reading very high (again an easy fix, forgot to swap the OEM sender for the one that is matched to my gauges!! Doh!)
5. I have a mystery liquid in the drivers footwell. Is either brake fluid or clutch fluid. Although the levels in both reservoirs look OK. Could be just the seals coming back after standing for a year!
