Looks like a great idea to me- nice secure way of clamping fuel pipe, brakes, even loom etc. etc.
Whether IVA man will be happy with just the bolt holding it though? Loctite needed at the very least I'd have thought. And of course, having it
bolted means fitting a rivnut which needs a much bigger hole in your chassis tube compared to a rivet.

but if you've welded little strips onto your chassis with holes in for rivets - then welding a nut won't be much hassle .......

It is not quite that simple as the number you can make is limited by the size of the bit of nylon.
The point peeps seem to be missing it that you would never have to worry about the rivet heads rattling in your chassis with this system should you need to replace a brake pipe.
