Which car would be best to put the missus in and drive to southern remote france so that i can push it off a cliff?
Large boot is a prerequisite, though not an estate as escape would be inevitable. Sound proofing optional as i still have a roll of white PVC tape in
the garage.
.....Or would a roof box be less obvious? Not sure on loadings though.

Can't use a roof box due to the Manual Handling Regs.
Mg zs I could get mine in there along side yours and you can push them of together.
hahahaha
I chose the the big hole under the patio, problem is, its seems to be taking forever !!
You would get mine in at the same time
Trouble is its a bit obvious. Ive started digging a hole, but 1m nearly killed me.

I think the traditional motor for this type of trip would be a Jag of some sort
What car did the Mccans use, as that did the job
Try this guy, though not locost.
i hate to say it but a mondeo has a masive boot but is the most booooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooring thing you will ever drive but are dirt cheap

" Maybe the collection of handbags and shoes to solve two problems in one. "
Perhaps, a lutan van would be more benificial
But my mondeo is diesel !!!
(hahahaha)
Get an old caravan, anonymous, disposable, cheap, and you can make a se7en transporter out of it after the wicked deed is done.
i would recommend flying to france and hiring something like a smal fiat cinqucento or similar. at least that way you are guarentedd success! it will crumble like anything!
My vote goes for a 2CV.
You can drive it comfortably right up to the cliff edge.
The wife would NEVER be able to eat her way out from under the pile of french sticks on top of her in time.
You would do the world a favour by disposing of another 2CV, back in the country that spawned it.

Lancia Thema
Guaranteed death trap.
On a crash test, the knees of the crash dummy reached the shoulders.
Oh, it has a big boot too.
