Speedy - I understand the reasons given in the ad but just mothball it for a while. Such a shame now you've got this far and put that amount of

He obviously wants to sell it, despite advice to the contrary, so the right thing would be for one of us to buy it and finish it off. I've added it to my watch list, just in case.

can use (nearly) every day and work on when business is quiet.
