Hi All,
Some time back I read a post (on something totally unrelated) from someone who was building two cars at the same time.
The idea being he'd sell one to cover the cost of both.
Who was that?
Are you still out there?
What do the rest of you guys think of that as an idea?
I'm contemplating doing that, for the same reason, plus, everything I do would get a practice run.
Of course I'm guessing it'd take *nearly* twice as long.??
Thoughts?
Thanks,
Greg H
Knew a guy who built and paid for his airplane that way!! If I had the intial $$ to do it I would.....
Fletch,
you need twice as much space to do it.
Or build two half sized ones...
IIRC Dunc was building 3 all at once!

Space, at least, shouldn't be too much of an issue.
I've got a 6m by 9m (that's like double-garage wide, 1.5 x long) garage that doesn't get used for real cars 'cos it's a
hassle to get into
(and because the chevette is up on blocks while I try to get some suspension bushes for less than 6 months locost budget).
I'm trying to toss up between "smug git", "not doing it properly" and "shame and awe" when I see the conditions
some of you dedicated folk are working in.
I think I'll go for "smug git", as it suits me better.
