waterjet cutting?

All, i need some parts cut on a waterjet so dropped andyw7de a U2U at the weekend, he has read it but i havent heard back so was wandering if anyone know of any alternatives? i need these to get the car back on the road after being out of action for the last 10 months!

i need some Rings making up, 67.7mm OD, 62.mm ID
thickness would be in the region of 2.15 mm

2.15mm is an odd thickness - whats it for ? (hubcentric spacer for wheels / brake discs ?)

you may need to get it machined rather than just cut ad it sounds more like a job for the lathe

It doesnt have to be 2.15 but thsts the difference between two parts, 2 or 2.5 should be fine.

I was thinking the same myself.

Laser/water-jet/plasma etc. are great processes and do have loads of applications...but they don't beat the traditional methods every time. Horses for courses etc.
