anyone near to oxford with a lathe??

Hello chaps, i was wondering if anyone was local ish to oxford with a metal lathe?? I need my steering colum turned down to fit into a group4 steering universal joint.

Stuart, try Joe McNiel. He is an excellent fabricator and F! mechanic. I believe has a lathe. He has undertaken a number of jobs for me.

He is just outside Princes Risborough so not far. His number is 07803 582928. Tell him Martyn with the MK sent you.
