It looks like an S7 variant but it's a little difficult to be certain from that picture. The front hubs appear to be Sierra - is that correct?
Is it a monocoque construction?
More pics of the whole thing (including one of the front suspension from above) would help

I suspect it may be a home made modification from one of the dreadful sliding pillar cars. The car looks a bit old for inboard suspension.
