RX7 intercooler NO FIT do not use
RK - 15/5/12 at 11:31 PM

Warning: it does not fit under a standard nosecone, and there will be no room for hoses.

I don't get an option to post pics. Sorry.

So what does fit?

Deman SR7/MK for sale soon.

Intercooler?

Actually no, it is the nosecone that has to come too far forward to make it fit underneath. I don't have an MK nosecone, but a standard locost one. I already have a bonnet that is 40" long, and don't really want to make another. Thanks for the look at your nice work though!

UPDATE! I spent a bit more time examining the situation, as you do, and I decided to ditch the brackets, use fairly thin ally strips, that I bent around the bottom of the rad, leaving room for the nosecone after all. I am an idiot, but usually get it in the end. A lesson for all you kids out there...

RX7 intercooler fits under my nose no problem, next job is ducting to get ALL the air through it and out again without heat soaking the engine bay...
