Is there such thing as a flexible grommet?
cloudy - 9/10/13 at 07:11 PM

I'm looking for a "flexible grommet", something like a grommet crossed with a steering rack gaiter - but only needs to cope with very small vertical movement

Anyone know of a product that might do the job?

I've drawn the sort of thing i'm after:

This is pretty close, but I suspect too large, I'm looking for an entry hole around 40-50mm with an internal hole of 20mm ish

Some cars have something similar where the steering shaft goes through the bulkhead.

But if you want a really flexible multi use grommet try LINK
