Bit of a long shot, but thought I'd ask!
Have seen this Stuart Taylor for sale:
Apparently it was registered in 2005 (correctly as a Stuart Taylor) and has a 1.6 4AGE engine install.
Not my ideal colour, but I can get over that for the price.
Have done an MOT check and since 2005 it looks like it's only missed a couple.
Have emailed the seller a few questions - but only has the logbook and MOT's - no build file (has had 2 or 3 owners), but trying to get as much
info as I can before I travel 2.5 hrs to see it!
Thanks in advance.

Don't know the car, but I do love the Pug alloys (always have done).
Hadn't noticed the 205 alloys!
Still partial to a Toyota engine mate?
not the best in detailing...dash, color not really helpfull for the sales (considering the price advertized) but a nice car and spec not un-interesting

Atleast I finally have a photo of a 7 with 205GTI alloys, I've got a full set of 5 to go on my Luego :-)
Looks a good car for the money, the 4 age is a great engine, and the Stuart Taylor is a great chassis, and I like the colour.
I sold my old car for £6500!

Now that's nice!
If I do by the one above that's similar to how I'd want it to look eventually.
I'd even be tempted to keep the green and replace the side panels with plain ali to tone it down a bit - or get them carbon vinyl wrapped.

Thanks, you may find the side panels are painted, so a bit of paint stripper and polish them up job done, I think that with the minilites gives you that old school look.
