I personally think that it's lovely getting that excellent enthusiastic level of constructive criticism from a person that obviously knows his beans....

Either that or it's some twat being an irritant.

Cheers.

Hippy.

My guess is option (b).....

Did the underachieving, jealous little sh1t attach his address? I suspect he's probably a resident of Lars' "Boneless Chicken Ranch" from The Far Side.

Just goes to prove that mindless no hope morons who think they know everything are still being bred on this planet. Chap is obviously employed as a council refuse collector. By law they have the power to decide carte blanche if a vehicle is road worthy or not (without the benefit of MOT test equipment and no closer than 1m is required). If not they can get it scrapped at your expense and you can do diddly about it.

Can we find out who sent it and delete their user id?

Would it be worth more questions having to be answered by a newbie, so that we get less one hit wonders, and people thinking locost means buying a friggin £20 Fiesta from the auctions?

stephen_gusterson - 21/1/03 at 07:42 PM

it would be a shame to vet users.

its easy to do a spoof address on here, but its also easy if you have the right software to find out what internet address a post came from. And I can bet Chris, if he needed to, could do this.

So, have a laff, but dont get personal!
