Over a year ago I went after a Nissan 200sx that was for sale cheap due to it burning oil.
A m8 of mine piped me to the post... Bugger.
Problem was found to be the turbo .He managed to get a turbo (turbo technics recon with paper work and receipts) from a jap breakers but never got
round to finishing it.
He said a few weeks ago that he may be interested in letting it go for the right price; I made him an offer which just covered the price of the turbo
meaning I get the car free .Tonight he says if offers still open its mine. Bugger.
And a proper 240 amp mig welder may come available tomorrow as well.....
Thing is it’s a couple of weeks before x-mas and ive well and truly blasted my pocket money 
.
But what a donor...
1.8 l turbo with lsd and 180 bhp for not a lot of money

i know of an engine in a crate , unused with gearbox - open to offers .
