well the point is that the 2CV has the independant chasis , so the gipsy people take of the body work make a orange bonet from a sheat of metal (to look like a motocultivator , Yugoslav one is orange ) and motocultivators don't need SVA or registration ... because they are for feald use , logical... but the Police don't have time to bother with them so they drive in ther Mad Max style machines ... and it is funny for someone but for me it is sad because they can kill somebody in everyday traffic
