looks like a 2b to me so not that old and is that a real cossie in the front i see >?
its worth what you want to pay and what he wants i wouldnt say there was a guide, a 2b is worth around the 4k mark in my eyes, but that lump in the
front would make it worth more
read posted below after looking again its not a 2b but has the 2b set up at the front so that would make it much older, might be worth buying for the
lump putting in a zetec and selling again.

Its not a 2b, its possible a 3 or 3a, the guy that coverted it(about 2-3 yrs ago) lives in the Wigan area, but it was last seen going north on the M6
on a flatbed around 18months ago .
I think it was sold for between 6k-7k, if i remember correctly, his mate built one at the same time (one of them owns a engineering company), spec is
up on a normal cossie(chipped bigger turbo), it was chased by a 200+bhp VX hood, which was rapidly being left behind.

heres a link to his mates 2b, the smoke is a little trick we have with plumbers smoke bombs, does say 270bhp, i know they were bloody fast on the way
to the show, came from nowhere and shot past one in lane 1 and one in 3, both turbos wistling away

Thanks Mitch, Its baised in Norwich so looks like its been about a fair bit, its not advertised the guy wants to part x it for my Clio 20V
so is it a converted 3 as it sah 2b wishbones...

now im confused, it looks like a 3, from the dash and bulkhead, but the front does look like 2b wishbones,
if you can get the reg number, and contact the boss of the RHclub, he should have some details (name address) of the guy that built it.
I will ask my mate tonight (he bought the VX engine which he was going to put in it before he went for the cossie) and see if hes still got his
number.

Can't help with value (Would need to be seen) but car is definately based on a Series 7 (Not the later series 3 or 3a) and looks to have have
been converted to wishbones from the internal suspension set-up used on Series 7's and most 3/3A's

i have the plate so gonna check on the rhoc, its running a cossi rear diff but it has sierra rear suspension,
kinda put me off, think ill be better off building my Luego in the long run... although it will probably cast more...
