What mirror do i need for sva and where to get one from ?

Mine passed with just the one (drivers side wing mirror)...not sure whether there's a legal requirement for any in particular but you have to satisfy the field of view guidelines laid out in the SVA manual....Oli.

Edit- forget to say car builder solutions have lots of well priced mirrors on their website. Type car builder solutions or NF auto into google and you should find it....otherwise buy some bike ones of Ebay that what I initialy did but didn't use them in the end....in fact if you want some there going spare and I could do with the cash! LOL....Oli.

I bought a suction mirror from Mac#1. Passed noprobs and always in stock. I didnt like the suction mount so popped a screw thro it in the end.

This is a note in the SVA Manual.

NOTE 1.Obligatory mirrors required are one INTERIOR mirror and one OFFSIDE exterior mirror. (for lhd cars the offside is the passenger side). If the interior mirror rearwardfield of view requirement cannot be met a nearside exterior mirror must be fitted. An interior mirror must be fitted unless it would provide no rearward vision (eg obscured by a solid bulkhead.)

Hope this helps.
