NORTHAMPTON SCRAPPIES?

Which scrappies in the Northampton area are worth cheaking out for Locost related parts? I gather from the meeting at the Greyhound today that one of the better ones closed down just before christmas.........Martin

I missed out on the pub meeting so this might be the one that was mentioned but if you want a cheap and dirty scrappy then M&D Services on Ransome Road in Far Cotton is quite good. But very oily.

I think the one that's shut down is Charlie Perkins' at Kettering.

Me to
I rushed over there on the saturday after seeing it was shutting on mon 11th but was all shut up and deserted.
I looked on the councils planning applications and found it is destined to be another warehousing, retail and hotel development.
