my kit will be ready next weeked hopefully so im trying to sort somthing out for collection.

its 150 miles between my and MK, they will delivery for a £ a mile which isnt too bad but im wandering if i can get it cheaper (very very skint!).

has anyone used a pallet delivery service and how much did they want?

Thanks

not sure a chassis will fit on a pallet????.

may be worth hiring a van,but wouldn;t think you'll save much

well not so much a pallet but courier for large consignments, tried a few places, they can do it but anyone that can give me a price has left for the weekend.

was looking at a van, but after hiring a van, the petrol and getting someone to drive it (19 so cant hire a van) its going to be easier for them to deliver

Don't you have any friends or relatives that own a van, or know someone that does?

I take it the £/mile is one way, in which case you may as well pay it. They'll be insured for goods in transit etc.

If you hire a van it'll cost you that, if you drive, it'll cost you £40/£50 in fuel, more if you need to buy roof bars.

probably just as cheap for them to deliver

all this aside Make sure your whole kit is ready!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! or youll be making uneccessary trips there and back for this and that
