I think it might have been a bodywork option supplied by Westfield - I've seen something very similar at Olivers Mount hillclimb, but it had side pods too - very strange looking bit of kit!

Was Orange until recently and universally known as the "Flymo" it is a V8, very, very quick and makes a gorgeous noise.
