I sold a few bits on ebay last week and sent them by The home Delivery Network due to to the royal fail strikes. Through Parcel2go.

Ive just had a question from an ebayer to ask why he has got half a cvh engine sat on his doorstep instead of what he has bought and paid for

Despite me printing of there specific labells and puting them on as I should. The courier has come along and printed his own sticker of and put them on the wrong ones

they probably took a lot of temporary staff on lately to cover the extra demand. you were just unlucky

Parcel2go have been very good for me over past few years.
They are only an 'agent' tho. title should really be on DHL (i assume thats who they were sent thru, most are)

P2G are fine until something goes wrong
They collected a nice ST170 manifold for me, got it held up in somewhere, damaged the box and repacked it. Despite obviously knowing all the delivery details etc (as all this was on the tracking) they then sent it to the opposite end of the country (despite my frantic phone calls and me being given reassurances) but refuse to say to whom they delivered it for "data peotection" reasons. Said I should claim, now refusing it as it wasn't picked up from me. So I paid for the manifold and delivery and have diddly squat
This is NOT uncommon, P2G and DHL and micky mouse for customer service...
I hope I am wrong but do get on to them PDQ and get a claim in now. If you go overtime they automatically refuse.

Home delivery network are pants mate!! It should be them that sorts it.

Delivery companies have loads of agency staff at the minute for christmas pressure and also to cope with the royal mail work.

there is no excuse really - being able to read an address and then drive a van to that place is not rocket science.
