Recession and all £2.00
I'd say 0.2% of your monthly salary would be a fair estimation.
Noooooo £100 a toothy peg according to my boys !!
0.2% of my money. He won't be very happy.
Mine got £2 too
how old? i would start low at £1 for first one then scope for increase later to £2!! my 18 year old daughted recently had 4 extracted for a brace fitting and brought them all home expecting tooth fairy to not have retired!!!
Thanks
Looks like £2 is average going rate.
mine get a quid
My nephew gets £2 a tooth which has now set the bar for my kids who won't take any less
Normally leave the tooth there and explain about the current financial situation and the need for cutbacks, she's a true entrepreneur though, takes them to school and sells them for £1.........
Be wary I caught my James when he was younger waggling one of his front teeth, to be fair it was slightly loose but was trying to make it worse and
wanted it to come out because a new comic was coming out that he wanted and didn't have any pocket money left!
Cheers

eh?! 2 quid?!
when my tooth fell out i got a quarter! (we lived in america at the time) it did have a photo of the tooth fairy stuck to it though. i left a note
asking what she looked like.
I used to get a sixpence for mine.....
We work on the following principle:
a quid for one which isn't in good condition, and 2 quid for one that is...
One of the many things we did to encourage our daughter to brush properly...
i think i used to get a quid a tooth, but also used to ask that she'd leave the tooth so i could collect them. they all live in a 35mm camera film pot in the bureau
I used to get 50p!
My stepdaughter used to get anywhere between £2 and a fiver! - Not my decision though!!
What tooth fairy ,what you talkin' about , it's just a tooth, get over it!
I used to leave a letter from the tooth fairy thanking them for materials that would be used to cure Mad Cow disease. This, however led to weeks of
correspondence. A pound would be easier!
