I've since calmed down a bit.
I think the pot can be repaired by cutting off one of the headlight nacelles from the Sylva.
So it's really a win win situation.
If anyone has a broken pot, I have a spare headlight nacelle here.

I might be able to help you out. I have a load of spare pots going as i have just taken down my old shed and found them at the back. You are lucky to
be getting them because if my garage hadn't been burnt down with the locosts in it i wouldn't have been building a new shed.
I was supposed to be helping put a new engine in the autograss car tonight but as its an emergency i will drop them off for you.

Havnt you all missed the point here? In the midst of adversity, turn it to your advantage. Go for a carbon fibre plant pot, trim the roots down and then you can reduce the soil depth thereby saving even more weight. Finally, water once a day instead of twice, more weight saving. Jobs a goodun'.

Im in the same pickle myself, this is the damage from last week thinking of swapping the car for a boat.
wet
one of our nieghbours had to have 10,000 gallons of the wet stuff pump from his house this morning. we also had a water board truck in this afternoon
pumping 5000 gallons from the rear garden and it ain't made any difference.
No broken pots though

FEAR NOT - DONT PANIC
Pot can be repaired. Grind the crack to a Vee. fix it on the inside so it is held together. Then fill the crack, sand, high build primer, sand, sand
some more. Polish finish etc. Then make a mould. With the mould you can then make several of the same design. You can even be inventive over colours
etc. Job will be a good one.
I really hope you recover from this terrible fate.
Ref the worm - perhaps if someone in Cornwall has a spare we can arrange a relay type courier service FOC to get it up to you.

Flood
This was my front door a couple of weeks ago, both our cars were also written off was a 6 week old mondeo & 1 year old mini cooper.

We live on top of a hill so luckily never see floods but the wind can be devastating. I emptied the contents of our compost bin recently and found
millions of worms, you will have to collect but are welcome to as many as you want.
P.S. be quick as the Robin is finding them very tasty.
