nissan 1.8 turbo engine how much pressure sould i get from the fuel pump, when i take the pipe off it comes out at about half a pint in 5 sec but not the sort of pressure id expect from a 4 bar pump. when i try to start it just coughs & farts but wont even tick over. ive had the dizzy out and re timed a few times but to no avail any ideas please. ps its a new pump
