Helmets in cars

Is it legal to drive a Locost with a full face helmet on? I have a fireblade powered car and was not intending to have a windscreen on and wear a helmet but this guy at work keeps telling me it is illegal. Is he right?

No, He's an Arse!

It's perfectly legal.

Cheers

Note to all: I really don't know when to leave well alone. I tried to get clever with the mods, then when they gave me a lifeline to see the error of my ways, I tried to incite more trouble via u2u. So now I'm banned, never to return again. They should have done it years ago!

It would be a great choice of Motor if I could get the emissions right. MY set of carbs has been played with a bit so had to put my dad's standard ones on and emissions still high with the adjusters fully in!
