pimp my hoses
ok, engine will be going in soon and hoses are looking tired so thinking of pimping them to silicone .... but which color.
I already have one for the small water pimp outlet to manifold in blue but although it squeezes on, it is not correct size.
1 m of 16 mm is about # 11 isn't gonn break the bank.
So what colour????
in case you don't know what hose looks like, here is picture of one yesterday.

the options in the poll give engine and car colour, but for the cognitively challenged, here is a photo - engine is the blue thing, obvious not the
rope as that is temporary and the red thing is the side panel.

When I ordered my silicone hoses, I wanted black, but it was gonna be an extra few weeks to make 'em so ended up with chav-blue..
Ring 'em and see if they have all colours actually in stock

I went for blue, but too be honest since I run a water rail and have no header or heater you only see six inches of hose with the nose cone on
anyway!

I dunno, I went Burnt Sienna and never went back
I'm thinking 90% of these hoses will only be seen by you and the odd guy you show off to so unless they're all the same price don't
bother with all the colour

I'd go black every time, not at all keen on the brightly coloured hoses. However, it does seem that most silicone hose places tend to stock
mainly blue, so you may have to wait to get other colours.

Everybody that goes silicone tends to have blue as they tend to be the stocked colour. Black is as said understated but kit cars arent about being
understated are they or have I missed something plus they'd just look like shiny rubber hoses.
