Intro
Thought Id introduce myself. Have been watching site for a few weeks with the intention of starting my own build shortly. Obviosly havent dared ask
any questions until I've read the compulsory books for fear of been shot down. I have noticed there are a few people looking for welding /
fabrication facilities. I own/run a small company in Colchester with the majority of the equipment / skills that the average builder doesnt have
access to. If I can help I am more than happy to. I am not offering to completly build chassis or spend hrs and hrs working on someone elses car (I
want to start my own). But if anyone needs a few welds, a bit of sheet cut and bent, tube cut bent etc I'm happy to help in return for a
complete download of the locost segment of your brain.. It may hurt mentally but not finacially!! This is not an advertisement I am not seeking more
work, I am busy enough !! Just an offer.

Hi Sam and welcome aboard.
Kind offers always go down well here,.
Don't be afraid to ask questions, and the search will nearly always find you answers too.
Just don't ask THE question again

You won't get shot down here, just post your questions in the right section and you'll get plenty of response.
That's why this forum is SO much better than most others I've been on, rather than ignore you or shout at you for not looking at every
previous thread, people here are actually happy to help, even if the question has been asked plenty of times before.
We were all Noobies once.....
And I'm sure there'll be those very happy to take you up on your offer.
But make sure you don't ask THE question again

Ahhhh now that would be telling, you just need to make sure you don't ask it
It may have something to do with the type of engine you choose, but I couldn't possibly say more without getting myself banned from here for
life

Would it be the question about the type vechile of the engine originated from. I would never ask that question because answer is quite simple. Been an
engineer I have experience in design. I understand how much time and effort goes into designing a product to suit its end requirement. If I was
designing an engine for a boat I would have critera to meet, I wouldnt then take that same engine and put it in an aeroplane which has a total
different critera. That would just be ridiculous. Nobody would do that, would they ;-)
