I can give you a couple of decent and respectable testers in the Ipswich area - who'll give your car a fair test but won't pass
anything dodgy - but I don't think that'll be a lot of use to you!

I can recomend someone in Hull (not dodgy -
MOT's my striker and looks after my Skyline)
