BARGAIN!

We gain knowledge faster than we do wisdom!

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, thoroughly used, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming... "f*ck, what a trip!"

FYI I am currently trying to source another two, though they may be costing me a little bit more money. If I get them I will list them in the classifides at the price I pay, always good to give a little back to the community, which reminds me I must paypal my contribution over!

Re the lottery numbers: 8, 14, 21, 31, 42, 44. If oyu win I will not be impressed as they are the numbers I use!

My MK has a 3.38, I think. Haven't counted revs in/out, but the axle code is 'V' from the donor's VIN plate - it was a 2L Auto Estate F reg. The diff tag is pretty corroded, but it could be '338' showing through the rust and pitting.

If you have a 3.38 on a type 9 with a Pinto you will be getting about 45mph at 6500 rpm.
Swap it out for a 3.9 and you will not belive how much faster you will accelerate in 3rd.
1st will be pants though.

Or just put a bike engine in

Continuing my AWESOME LUCK I have now managed to source a very rare gearbox too!!!
I'm on such a high I have got the major components for my 300HP car for £150!!
Next step is the engine, and I may be getting that for free if all works out!

SO SO SO SO SO HAPPY
