Remove wall cupboards from kitchen.

Lay cables for sockets behind new cupboards for cooker hood etc.

Chop out the walls and fit back boxes.

Run the extractor ducting for the cooker hood.

Box in the ducting, ready for plastering.

Might get an hour on the car if I'm lucky

I'm assuming this is mostly car related and not regarding what I intend to do to my GF

I'm hoping to finish the loom on the car and test the main components (lights, switches, starter, alternator, fuel sender etc). I've also got to begin laying out the exhaust manifold and working out lengths and bends..... not something I'm looking forward to!

Clear an area of the basement of car making stuff to make room for the contents of the utility room prior to demolition.
Move said contents.
Do some more of the never ending sanding work on the cabin scooter's roof
Wait patiently for the rain to wash the salt off the roads so I can go out in the car again.

We're not really planning on doing anything with the car this weekend. Apart from the weather, I'm working

I've got a super exciting weekend planned

1) Screw my blooming wall-mounted taps to the wall (why didn't I just go for bath-mounted)
2) Do a whole load of plastering
3) Make my DIY immersion heater out of a 6 gallon galvanised cold water tank and a load of bits from BES because National Grid say it will take 2 months to get gas to my home and the old owner used a coal-fired back boiler which was seriously defunct.
4) Install a bog, sink, bath, shower etc etc
5) Do some more plastering

Prepare for a dinner party on Saturday night in a house with no heating, no hot water, no loo, sink or bath.

And no kitchen.

And only four chairs

Wasn't my idea......

Pot noodles for five it is then. And peeing in the garden. And sitting on the floor for one.
