My engine is a 2.0 litre zetec 1999 130BHP standard.

Play dumb.

6,500rpm.

Doubt if it's hugely over that anyway.

For a 16v 6.5k is about right (though sounds scarily high but then I've been DERVing it recently). It depends a lot on the cam, inlet manifold length etc. I'd stick with stock RPM levels personally to be well on the safe side.

Sorry but im sure it means max power and at what RPM i think?

so what revs at peak power, a zetec will rev too 5.5k-5.6k easily? and do i say the max standard power of 130BHp or should i say around 160bhp?

as above, play it safe and use stock rpm limits. this is used to set the level for the noise test. so 6500rpm max. noise test at 75% of that. so it pays to set it at the lowest level you can. Bear in mind the testers arnt stupid and will reject an abnormally low rpm level.

What's this paperwork for? I wouldn't have a clue what the power output is on my car... I'd have to fill it in with "not enough"
