Is it possible to get the nice almost flat bonnet line in this car from a locost chassis. Needless to say this is a Caterham and i like it a lot but

I think the main difference is the nosecone I bought one from Robin Hood which had a similar line but it also has a circle embossed into it so not so
good. Try and get a replica Caterham Nose and work from that

Better still look on ebay for used and damaged body work.

you may also need a shorter motor to get under a bonnet as slim as that, otherwise a huge scoop will be needed!

yes buy that before they get their ad pulled. I am sure you can get them for less if you are patient and look around. Did you ask around at Newark?
Someone is bound to have a spare.
Also, making a bonnet isn't that hard. I have a very flat top like you want, by starting with a flat, ally scuttle. The guy sells them on
fleabay once in a while. I have forgotten how to get him, but his name was Martin.
