Cheap Insurance
Just insured my ZX9 locost with Sureterm Direct for £155 fully comp, 3k mileage, agreed value 7k. (36yrs old, no claims/convictions etc, garaged)
Last years quote with Adrian Flux was £198. Go figure

My insurance was £126 fully comp with Graham Sykes.
Honda VTR1000 SP1, no NCB, 3 points fixed penalty. Limited to 2K miles.
Excess milage is charged at pence/mile, dunno how much but it is only a few pence.
Heard some unscrupulous souls flick a switch in the back of their electronc speedo so the speed reads half the actual speed thus doubling there milage
allocation....

BRUM BRUM....
I think Timcrasher had the best analogy...
Like a Lancaster bomber taxiing down the runway.
Seriously it is too loud, 105dB at SVA and that is with the quiet pipe...
. Very difficult to silence a mid engine.
Drives lovely, massive torque, will pull smoothly from 40mph in top and cruise at 80 @ 6500RPM... doesn't make power untill 9500RPM
