I went to a talk given by Richard Noble a few weeks ago and he explained in detail why this information is being shared. if his gamble worked then in a couple more generations the UK will once again be a true engineering nation. The whole idea is to get people into engineering again. Oh and he also wants to achieve Mach 1.4 He's a great speaker, if anyone else gets the chance to go to one of his talks on Bloodhound then I can thoroughly recommend it.

No, but I'll bet it'll make up for it on the longer straights.
Is it another £250 job?

I've also been on one of his talks whilst on a cruise in the carribian, and an extra impromtu q&a session whilst we were stranded in the middle of the ocean with no power, aircon, toilets, and importantly no working tills on any bars! I agree he's a very good speaker and its good to hear someone is trying to get britan into engineering
