They vary - you'd need to take the back off the diff and look at the marking, or count some turns...

You will need to weld brackets to the escort axle casing for the trailing arms and panhard rod.

sorry i keep asking too many question what would you recomend ?
i know the escort mk2 diff ratio is 3.89 and the sierra diff is 3.62 i just dont know wich on should i get.

The escort mk 2 diff is part of a live rear axle, and the Sierra diff forms part of an IRS set up

I'm sure no one here minds you asking lots of questions, but I think some of us might be a bit concerned about the type of questions you are asking, which suggest that maybe you would be better to follow a well laid out plan such as the Haynes roadster, rather than trying to wing it.
